Program and Curriculum of ESADE Business School MBA

Choose whether to finish the MBA in 18, 15 or 12 months. Get exactly what you need to progress from integrated project work, international exchanges and a diverse range of electives. The program has Core Courses (60 ECTS) Choose electives from the Advanced Management Topics (24 ECTS) and showcases new knowledge and skills with the Final Masters Project (6 ECTS). You will work in groups on a challenge assigned by the Master Project coordinator, and you’ll be supported by faculty at every stage.

You will get to sharpen your skills, and deepen your knowledge in the second term of ESADE MBA. There are 24 electives in the Advanced Management Topics, and 6 electives in the Final Masters Project for you to choose from.

Eligibility and Requirements (How to get into ESADE Business School MBA) 


There are basic eligibility criteria that international students are required to meet. Primarily, you must be proficient in English. Apart from that here are some basic requirements-

  • Bachelor’s degree – You must have a bachelor,s degree in the field of business, management, or law. It is the foremost requirement to obtain a postgraduate degree in MBA from ESADE
  • English Proficiency – In order to study in ESADE, the students whose native language is not English must provide a proof that certifies their proficiency in the same.

You may submit any of the following exam scores. Here is the minimum marks required for each of them-

  • TOEFL IBT: 100 (Esade’s code is 0884)
  • IELTS: 7.0 Academic test
  • Certificate in Advanced English: B+
  • Certificate of Proficiency in English: C+
  • Academic Pearson: +68

  • Work Experience- You are required to have a minimum of 2 years of professional full-time work experience. It cannot be an internship or apprenticeship. This is how all your peers will be professionals and you will get to learn from them. And you can share your insights and experience with your fellow learners
  • GMAT or GRE   test scores – All the applicants are required to submit the GRE or GMAT exam scores. There is no minimum criteria for the scores, but 660+ in GMAT and 160 in GRE can help enhance your chances of getting in.
