The Learning and Assessment modules in the YLP program are designed to make the students stand out as Young Leaders in their professional stint. Learning weekends are organized which must be attended by all the selected students. This helps them in understanding the whole ISB experience and learning from the ISB’s world-class facility.

Experiential Learning Programme (ELP)
The programme encourages the student to work with the industry on real-world business issues. This gives them the chance to apply their knowledge outside athe classroom setting and gain new perspectives on business and major global issues.
It is a live consulting engagement undertaken by students as part of their elective curriculum. The initiative is designed to combine the diverse experience of the students and their deep domain expertise to offer increased value to clients.
