• Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or technology from an accredited institution of higher learning 
• Obtained a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in engineering from a recognized higher education institution
• Cleared the necessary English Language Test with an acceptable score-
