    Extra Activities for Warwick MBA

    Projects

    In the consulting project, you will be required to work with an entire organization for 10-12 weeks over the summer. You will be tested on your ability to apply your learning to management issues. The project will give you hands-on experience dealing with situations in the real business world. In addition, the project will help you showcase your ability to take tasks efficiently and offer you the opportunity to connect with people.

    Based on your consulting project, you will be required to submit a dissertation. A dissertation is the culmination of everything you have learned during your studies. It will demonstrate that you can assimilate your learning, take multiple perspectives on a business issue and explore your subject thoroughly.

    Trips

    Warwick MBA offers you the opportunity to take a compulsory trip to an overseas partner institution as a part of one of the required modules. Besides this, WBS also offers optional study tours as an international experience for students’ personal development. The Trips usually take place in the second semester, in which you will be required to take part in practitioner debates, lectures and workshops. Through it, you will explore further the themes of the required module within the context of the trip’s geographic location.

    Study abroad program

    WBS also offers the opportunity to further develop your global business understanding by participating in the selective process of studying at a leading overseas business school, through our Partnership in International Management (PIM), for up to four months after completing your Full-time MBA.
