Bocconi MIM at Bocconi University has a blended study program. The current program director is Alessandro Minichilli. The program aims at helping the students in developing and acquire the soft skills necessary in the business environment. Program and Curriculum Bocconi MIM

The Bocconi University MIM program structure is explained in two parts, i.e. first year and second year. The first year is dedicated to skill-building and improving soft skills in communication and presentation. They will also get involved with partner companies in challenging real business cases. The main topics in Bocconi MIM program are – 

First Semester: Planning & Control, Leading People, and Managerial Data Analysis.

Second Semester: Managing Corporate Growth and Financial Planning.

The second year is for gaining experience by doing the internship, choosing a major, and enhancing the educational experience. The majors are –

Extra Activities for Bocconi MIM

The belief is in the overall growth and development of the students. During your time at Bocconi University MIM, you will have to do an internship for the curriculum. There are two special internships, namely Bando MAECI-MIUR-FCRUI and Curricular Internship Special. But these internships are for credits. Other than this, there are internships without credits, and if you do any internship after receiving the degree, it becomes an extracurricular activity.

There are 100+ student organizations in fields namely – management, finance, economics & social sciences, government geopolitics & politics, law, technology & innovation, hobbies & special interests, sports, performing arts & culture, and international & foreign students’ clubs.

Name of the clubs is Bocconi Studenti del Made in Italy (BSMI), Bocconi Students Consulting Club, B.Wine, Bocconi Students for Brand Identity, Luxury Bocconi Students Society, Bocconi Students for Sport Management, Gaming & Entertainment Society, Bocconi Students Casino Royale Club, Bocconi Students Marketing Society, Women in Business, etc. The university has a media center where you can collaborate and cultivate interests or be a part of one. Eligibility and Requirements for Getting into Bocconi MIM

Admission into Bocconi University MIM degree is made after evaluating the elements of the applicant’s profile. Several elements are considered, and no assessment is done if any of them are missing. The elements are –

Bocconi MIM Deadlines

Bocconi University MIM Deadlines has two academic intakes for September/October and January/February. But there are many rounds of selections and three admission sessions that are in early winter and spring, wherein you can apply accordingly. But the enrollment window lasts for only two to three weeks after selection. You also get the chance to ‘re-apply' for one of the best MIM programs abroad. That is, you can apply two times for the same academic year. But make sure you have improved in at least one eligibility criterion and changed your choice of program.

Admission process

In the 5 selection rounds, International candidates are selected based on a process that takes into consideration all elements of their profile, focusing on 3 compulsory elements of evaluation (applications will not be evaluated if any of the 3 following elements is missing):

1. Results of the GMAT/GRE test, or the Bocconi online test.
2. Grade point average of exams passed in the Undergraduate program: The undergraduate GPA and transcripts are an indication of the applicant's previous academic performance. No particular scores are required to participate in the selections.
3. Evaluation of the Curriculum vitae / Resumée and Personal Statement: The Director of the Master of Science program will evaluate the various documents and information included in the dossier and verify the applicant's overall profile, experience and knowledge.
   Motivational letters/CV supporting the candidate's application must be in English.
